I have an interesting situation.  Maybe someone else has run into this.  I have already contacted the customer support and submitted an error report by right-clicking on the screen.  Customer support tried something that didn't help and I am waiting on a reply to my second message.

    Here is the situation:

Yesterday morning, I tried to play the weekly CTTH tournament.  I found I could not click on the "continue" button at the bottom of the shot description so I was hung up.  I closed the browser and then anytime I went to the "play" page, I got the usual message that I either needed to continue or end the existing round but I could do neither because I couldn't click on those either.  After a little experimenting on the general play page, I noticed that in order to click anything, I have to pick a spot almost half a page to the right, which is impossible for any icons on the right half of the page.  For example, in order to click on the menu at the top left corner of the page, I have to point my cursor at the word MASTER at the end of the phrase "advance to MASTER.  In order to click on my Friends list, I have to point my cursor at the word CREDITS.  There is no way for me to advance past the description of a shot if I try to play a round because the spot I would need to aim my cursor is off the right side of the page.  Everything works like normal on the "main" WGT page but not on the play page or on an actual game page.  I have tried other sites and everything seems to work fine with my computer but I assume this is some Flash related issue.

On a computer or mobile? If on a computer have you tried a different browser? Or tried a different  monitor resolution?

Thanks for the reply.  I'm on a laptop using Firefox.  Customer support has told me that this is a known problem and also suggested using a different browser or playing without expanding to full screen until they fix it.  Last night, I was able to play on the "small screen" but it was still glitchy.  I will probably end up trying another browser if the "fix" takes more than a few days but I am settling for a smaller display and "glitchy" for now.

On a separate issue, how many posts do I have to make before they aren't all moderated before displaying?

It's been reported that Firefox just did an update, and that is causing many problems.  Try a different browser, like Maxthon.  I use version 4.9 and it works great.

Do a search for a recent thread about Pale Moon with a version that works great also.  They just offered another update, so if you try it you will want to be sure it requires your approval to update.  It's very smooth.

    Good Luck
