I have an interesting situation. Maybe someone else has run
into this. I have already contacted the customer support and submitted
an error report by right-clicking on the screen. Customer support tried
something that didn't help and I am waiting on a reply to my second
message.
Here is the situation:
Yesterday morning, I tried to play the weekly CTTH tournament. I
found I could not click on the "continue" button at the bottom of the
shot description so I was hung up. I closed the browser and then
anytime I went to the "play" page, I got the usual message that I either
needed to continue or end the existing round but I could do neither
because I couldn't click on those either. After a little
experimenting on the general play page, I noticed that in order to click
anything, I have to pick a spot almost half a page to the right, which
is impossible for any icons on the right half of the page. For example,
in order to click on the menu at the top left corner of the page, I
have to point my cursor at the word MASTER at the end of the phrase
"advance to MASTER. In order to click on my Friends list, I have to
point my cursor at the word CREDITS. There is no way for me to advance
past the description of a shot if I try to play a round because the spot
I would need to aim my cursor is off the right side of the page.
Everything works like normal on the "main" WGT page but not on the play
page or on an actual game page. I have tried other sites and everything
seems to work fine with my computer but I assume this is some Flash
related issue.
