Been using Pen Pal to purchase credits for years. Now when I try I can't, so I guess its a sign not to purchase anymore. Anyone else having issues?
It opens a popup window now, so you may need to allow them (in Chrome, there's an icon in the location bar that shows all the popups it has blocked, and you can click to launch them).
I tried but may have been blocked by the official downtime. No deduction so far.
