I was playing a 3 hole round and was on the second hole. Everything was going normal, no delays or disconnects, when in the middle of my swing a message pops up saying something like "you disconnected more than 3 times and are forfeit", then ended the game.

What the frack? There were no disconnects or other long pauses. The game was moving along at a good pace.

Has anyone else seen this? I'm all for stopping quitters and cheats but that was ridiculous.

It happen to me also but the wheel had just given me 4500 coins so I didn't think it was a big deal because I was only wagering 500 to win 900. It was about noon EST 9/4/17

Hi, and yes it happens to me quite often. I believe it is a glitch on the mobile side  for Android platform. I have uninstalled-reinstalled turn off vibration, shadows. I have started logging out after 4-5 matches and clearing the cache under application manager Wgt download. But it still happens, I as also have excellent wifi and never have any issue with connection on any other device or game on my phone. WGT has no answer for this issue. Its frustrating because it reflects as an unfair, and unjust loss on your record...any thoughts?

I believe it is something your opponent is doing.  I have had this happen to me probably 10 times.  EVERY time I have a comfortable lead and am on the last couple of holes.  Whatever the opponent Is doing, it causes the game to think I disconnected 3 times, thus disqualifying me and giving the coins to my opponent.

Not sure it does any good to report to WGT (it's not a new issue), as what I see from these forums they never fix these problems anyway.
