  No you cant change your profile name but you can change the appearance of your avatar . Profile page click on Appearance tab and you will see the option to change your avatar . Thats the easy part but changing the profile name wont happen . Dont know what the name problem is or what it implies but you picked it .

  Looking at your account dont see why you just wont start over . L19 Hack 5 yr old account so you really dont play any how . You still have all starter gear but nothing else invested . So why make this such a big deal over a game you dont play . Not meaning harm but until this post no one knew you were here . Go play the game and stop making a fuss over nothing .

  Are you serious ? Does it really mean that much to you to start a new account ? Is it because of the profile name ? Its not drawing you any attention or at least it wasnt until you posted here in the forum .

  You have to contact Customer Support . Bottom of this page click on Contact . Then click on C/S . Explain to them the problem and why you want to change your profile name . They will tell you as to if its ok , and what you need to do .  Like I said you have nothing invested in this one since you really just started playing using it . But it is what it is , hope this helps .
