Looking for some help. The other day, had a putt on Beth back, no. 15. The distance was just under 8 feet, but elevation was down 11 inches. Green speed 12, ouch. I know that there was a thread on this before, but I couldn't find it. The bend of break was a 6 count on grid. Prior to attempting the putt I just laughed and said, kiss this one good bye. I was right, off the green. If I had hit it backwards, it would have picked up more speed. Any ideas?

IIRC, Hpurey experimented some time ago with different ways to putt there and I'm pretty sure he had a replay of putting up the hill from a position above the ball and had it go in.
