When do you become a Master?

I have been a Tour Master for quite some time now and I hope to start playing like a Master soon too...
I have been Tour Pro for several rounds now (approx 15-20 rounds) but still haven't reached master. I have 66 as average and has been below 67 for quiet a while now.
So 67 is not the "magical number" lol.
Be careful what you wish for. I would love to still be a Tour Pro. Have been a Master for quite a while now and have learned several new ways of swearing and yelling and whatnots. Also my drinking habit has increased two fold and my bank balance has decreased. Still fun though, good luck to you folks working towards Master. WARNING: Watch that first game when you move up, I was 66.04 shot a 39, new avg. was 78. I aged 10 yrs in 10 seconds. LOL.
I remember the days when I had a 67 average, and could move it pretty dramatically with a good round.
Now, if I don't shoot 32 or 64, nothing happens LOL
I asked a buddy what I needed to do to get Master status.
He said play 18 holes at 4 under par, 4 different times, you will move up to Master.
My fourth round at 4 under moved me to Master.
