    • I purchased 2000 credits (minimum requirement)
    • charged my CC immediately (bank email confirmation) = 32 minutes ago
    • no email confirmation of purchase from WGT
    • still no balls in equipment

    Should I Contact Customer Support > https://www.wgt.com/help-request.aspx < ??

    There have been some delays in receiving promotion balls since we changed the payment system. Anyway, you should see yours in your account now.

    I contacted Customer Support (CONTACT link at the bottom of every page) and was answered in under an hour - I assume by "_CHAMPION" who posted directly above your post

    Me too' My $20 deposit made on 23/12/17. Still no Gold MAX balls!!
