I'm sitting on the horns of a indecision. The country club I'm in now seems to be pretty dormant. Many members haven't played in weeks. I don't like to be a country club quitter but I'm thinking I'm spinning my wheels there. I'd like to be in a more active club but hate to hurt anyone's feelings. However, I think leaving a level 9 club that has leveled up once since I joined a year ago would be in my best interest. I'm not sure how to leave a club and how to approach joining another club.

From your Country Club's home page click on the "Quit Country Club" underneath the "Club Forum'" tab.

After that, you can simply post a message in this forum (or an update to this thread) that you're looking to join a new club. After you do that, you're likely to get some invites.

By the way, people leave clubs all the time, for various reasons. It really shouldn't be that big of a deal.

Don't hestitate - the owner apparently hasn't played since March. He will be informed by mail.

As Robert said, there's no wow of fidelity - if you have no friends there just let'em go!

You might leave a note in their forum or on someone's wall, but not necessarily.

Read this thread if you are interested in an active country club.

I want to thank everyone who replied on this. Every message I received was very supportive and upbeat. I have chosen a country club and I hope to help it by my play. Again, thank you to everyone and WGT for this help.
