  Before anything, I am posting this here because of an Error  422 on the WGT help page.

  Hello,

  Firstly, let me admit that this is all my mistake.  However, I am writing this request as it truly was a simple case of time-zone conversion error.  I saw the 3Free Nike Balls promo and hastily though I was qualified, so immediately I purchased 5000 credits.  Only to find out after not seeing the free ball in my bag that I had gone past the period by a few hours.  Being from the Philippines, I hardly convert time zones and so, in all honesty I am sad that I didnt get the free NIke's...but if you can pardon me , I promise to ensure that purchases with bonus premium items are made within the time period.

  Give them at least a day to respond. If they respond and say that they won't send you a sleeve, post a note to my wall. I'll send you a sleeve of any ball of your choice. But they're usually very good about this stuff. Just explain it to them like you did here. I bet they put a sleeve in your inventory for you.

   HI Robert,

  I appreciate your directions on where i can seek help on my request.  Your offer is truly generous and while thankful, I do not think it is appropriate that I accept for the simple reason that this is not your fault nor is it your responsibility.

  I have done that before myself. I put world clocks on my website for players to play each other.

  It can be used for this also
