Okay. Good news. Unless you take part in fore tee CC tourneys, you're always going to be seeing the same shots more or less.
Without math, I'd suggest that you work to become a feel/memory player. Taking notes on EVERY hole would be helpful. Figure out how to end up in approximately the same place in the fairway every time. Instead of working with numbers, make drawings of where you have drawn back on your meter. If mulligans aren't too expensive, they can be helpful in getting each approach just as you want it. Since this will be hole by hole and just what worked, the elevation changes will be taken care of.
The idea is to eliminate as many chips and pitches as possible, since your message indicates that your putting is sound.
Regarding wind: You could make notes, once again using drawings to indicate what has worked in any given wind in the past, how much meter to add or subtract.
I suggest starting your journey with the courses where low wind really is low, Kiawah, etc.
