  Can anyone tell me, why I can no longer buy credits through my mobile phone?

  Were you buying them through WGT mobile or through Zong? If you were buying them through Zong then the reason is Zong went out of business. If you were buying through WGT Mobile then I have no clue.

  Depending on what version you have you can buy credits on mobile if you have an account and card registered with either Google play or Apple App Store. But keep in mind you have to pay sales tax if you buy credits this way.

  He can also log in on a laptop and buy credits that way. No sales tax on PC
