    Hey guys,

I've been getting my daily bonus for XP, and was over 100 days.  I didn't miss a day of play, but the counter started me over as if I didn't play yesterday.  I played 2 or 3 games, and I've been trying to get back on track for Diamond I.

I'm frustrated to have to start over again for my XP bonuses, and will likely call it quits if I have to build back up to the bonuses I was earning.

I'm level 91 and have dropped a bunch of money on clubs and balls over the last couple years and would really appreciate someone taking a look at this.

I didn't see any customer help section, so here I am.

    Thanks,

    Chris

While it's frustrating to lose a CDP streak, it's not that big of a deal if you had "only" got to 100 days or so. First, it only affects how many XPs one earns. And since you really don't seem to buy a lot of new equipment as you level up, I don't see the big deal.

Second, at Level 91, there already is plenty of good equipment available to you.

Third, you can earn a lot of XPs by simply taking advantage of the custom-course glitch. With that glitch, you can easily earn well over 3,500 XPs a day. If you're unfamiliar with it, just search the forums.

So, at where you were at, you can earn a lot more with the glitch than through the CDP. Even at 120 days, you were only picking up about 1,250. You can probably get three times that with custom course glitch.

Fourth, the link for customer service can be found by scrolling to the bottom of the web page and clicking on "Contact." Even so, here's a link to submitting a ticket with CS.

    Best of luck!

    Chris,

It may have something to do with the time of day you played. For me, my new day starts at 7:00 p.m. EST, so if I were to play at 5:00 p.m. it would count towards my CDP, I have to wait until 7:00 p.m. to begin my "new day". I may be wrong, but if I play tonight at 8:00 p.m. and tomorrow at 3:00 p.m. I think that's still considered the same day...again, I could be wrong.

Also, Customer Help can be found at the bottom of this page under the "Contact" link.
