What do you offer to those helpers, given that they will be first-aiders?

Unrelated to your quest and certainly not meant against you:
I see another WGT counting error on the CC homepage:
The member's XP contribution amounts 4,170 XPs, but the total CC accounting is only 4,169.
How on earth did they lose that single point?
Edit2:
A quick look at my CC's "contributions" reveals a deviation, too. But, we are "lucky" to see a gain - 2 M XPs more in the total than in addition of all members ;)
