  Hi,

  Long story short my Father in law, player name michaelgrussell, is locked out of his account. He had a google account hacked and subsequently his email account is no longer active. He continued to use his wgt account until it logged him out one day a few weeks ago, and he cannot remember his password. He is 73 and played everyday until this stopped him.

  He has been an member since about 2011 I think and I would greatly appreciate if someone could help me get him access to his account.

  Hi Electro,

  Ideal he will contact you once he returns home, currently staying with us and hasn't brought his laptop, doesn't have a smart device and hasn't the particulars for his new google account etc with him.  Thank you for the reply!
