    How do you use a prepaid amex gift card to purchase credits???

    Exchange it for a gift card accepted here - there are but a few. Amex apparently isn't among them.

    How do you use a prepaid amex gift card to purchase credits???

    Click on Get Credits. On the page that comes up, down at the bottom click on Change Billing Information. On the next page you will see where the AMEX logo is-click that button to pay for the credits using that card.
