Third shot rolled on green to stop on or next to the rock wall greenside of water, said "immovable obstruction free drop" next thing i am hitting from the same spot by the bunker and HITTING 4. What kind of free drop is that? Free? ended up with a stroke penalty. i would have hit it off the wall instead, was only about 8 feet from pin. Doesn't WGT know rules of golf? Could have dropped me club length further from cup on grass, fix this WGT
