Just use "paint" (all programs, accessories, paint) and create your own incremented image which must be saved as a .png file. Then d/l the program Custom Desktop Logo found here
http://customdesktoplogo.wikidot.com/ . After you've saved this program to a folder of your choice open it up and import your created image, at which point you'll be able to fiddle around with the size (you can make it bigger or smaller) and location (you'll have options to move it around the screen). So just tweak the settings till your overlay is aligned to the putting meter/bar.
Likewise, this can easily be used to create your own specifically designed Shot or Putter Pal.
