  Hey I'm at the lower end of TM, not far off legend, and my meter has changed. It now has a button above, which you click on & then again when you've reached your desired power. Can I change this back to the standard meter, or is it something that happens when you reach that level?

  It sounds like you might  talking about the swing meter boost. If Don's post was what you're after ignore this but if not,  in Game Settings, scroll down the first page to Swing Meter Boost and turn it off.
