I shot 10 under in a nine hole bracket tourney ( best of par 5). My avg score stayed the same. Do bracket rounds, not CC tourneys, not count in calculating average scores?
While most bracket rounds will count toward your average, the best of par 5 course has a different par than normal courses so it does not count as a ranked round and will not count toward your average.

As Champion said best of par 5 don't count toward your average and neither do best of par 3 or any custom CC courses, All other courses including best of par 4 do count toward your average.
Further to the true statements above, it's not "+/- Par" to count towards the average but gross scores.
Therefore, a score of 70 (=2x35) would (almost) never have any relevance to your average.
I just moved to Tour Legend last night. I played a cc tourney on best of par 4's and my score did affect my average...should that be correct?
