    Redmonod:
Are there advantages to being on the PC vs. mobile, such as maybe easier to hit ding?

I only have an iPad at my disposal on few days a year (I don't own one myself), but for someone with a terrible ding percentage like myself (around 30-40% on PC) it's easier to play on mobile, since I'm not hitting any dings anyway :) I'm not used to it at all, still consistently shoot low scores using an iPad. It certainly feels like there is less variance in the shots and more forgiveness for missing the ding.

I’m wondering if any players on mobile have made it into the upper ranks of players

From the top of my head: ysonr (who I desperately tried to win a high credit mobile Erin Hills tournament against last year, but failed) and SimonTheBeetle

@AussieMick11:  You’re right, dings are overrated, and it seems the consensus is that mobile is more forgiving, which would make sense, since there’s less screen real estate.

@birchi: Tough luck against ysonr - I haven’t broken into the echelon of players who have won a tournament, but keep throwing balls at it! The main thing I like about playing on the iPad is the ability to play anywhere. After one of the most recent releases a problem switching back and forth with other apps (I use spreadsheets) was fixed, which makes it even more playable. It’s what i’ve Played on from Day 1.
