On PC, it should be there in the menu between the index picture and the name line, between Club Tournaments and Club Tools.
BTW: You might want to offer CC tournaments to your members, and to use your powers to set their membership status. Also check the permissions in the owner's tools for members' contribution options (e.g. to set up tournaments).
