I prefer an open-join club but am having trouble, as are other club owners, with a WGTer's habit of joining a club for a day or two, playing the easiest tournaments possible to post sub-30 rounds, then quitting to join a different club. Repeat time and time again. He often rejoins previous joined clubs repeating the same routine. He offers nothing to any club.

For the short term I've switched club settings to require permission before joining. But I prefer an open enrollment club. Any suggestions in how to have an open enrollment club while preventing this kind of spastic behavior in come and go users? How do you prevent a user like this from joining, playing all the for-credit tournies and leaving to repeat that behavior elsewhere?

There is no way to stop it with an open enrollment club.  That is why WGT gives you the choice to approve members.
