Played it a few times in matchplay / ranked and higher winds, and think it all depends on the wind set, can make you look rather foolish if you get the wrong side of some flags, and couple that to the glass like championship greens and I think anyone who knocks it round in 120 blows will be right there.
I think we will see some in the late 50's in both rounds 1 and 2, but doubt anyone will shoot consecutive sub 60's, its just too difficult to avoid it biting you for 36 holes when the wind is in play, especially when some par 4's if into a 30 wind will be out of range in regulation.
