it seems as though a lot of our super passes have been used without posting scores in the latest cc event. is there any way of seeing which members have done this?

If you look at your roster, you have only 10 members that have played in the last 2 days, 3 of which don’t play ranked rounds so you can narrow your guess down! Can also limit superpass availability to only veterans if you want under the owners tools.

Advice above is valid so I won't repeat it, but direct answer to your question is:

    1. If they used superpass and quit game, NO.  That's a fireable offense in my club.  Might be a stinker round, but still have to finish.  But it is impossible to figure out.

    2. If round is finished, it is easy to figure out whether superpass was used.

Just a suggestion here but will all of your members being members you under owner tools select recruit to use super passes. Let those members you select that they are being made recruits during the clash to be able to use SPes .  A whole lot less moving members around during the clash.

We as a club have quit playing the clash due to the wast of time and money chasing a golden putter. I just leave them open and let the members have fun.

What are your club's goals? What is its reason for being? From the outside it would appear that the CC clashes have no value to your membership. Why don't you ask your members what they want to do and even why they joined your club?

Take a close look at your membership. Ask yourself: "Is this a club I would want to join?" How does your membership list with a large number of "members" who have not played in 2018 look to outsiders?  Why worry about "wasted" super passes when you have other items on your agenda?

Use this as a wake up call to make your club relevant, which what you really want.
