  3 iron... I want to drop it anyway so I can carry a hybrid and 3 wedges (excluding PW).

  I never used a 5 wood, not a fan of it. mine sits like this-

  driver- average-295

  3 wood- average-250

  4 iron-SW- average- 215-95

  52 degree wedge- average- 115

  56 degree wedge- average- 90

  60 degree wedge- average- 65 

  putter- average- however the hell far i gotta hit it

  Their isnt much point for a 5 wood their because those distances are pretty even, unless i was gonna get rid of my pw which i hate i would then put a 5 wood in.

  If I remember correctly,   didn't he get struck by lightning just a week after saying that?

  He did.   If you watched the Feherty show that Trevino was on he mentioned it.  Trevino said that he stayed out with the fans during a rain delay and held up the 1 iron saying even God can't hit a 1 iron.  The next week, I think at the Western Open he was struck, actually the ground was struck and Trevino and his playing partner were injured caused back issues for Trevino for the rest of his career.
