  Can anyone help
  Just got a new computer and first thing to go on was WGT, but I can't login.
  I have checked and double checked that I am using the correct password and user name, I can still get on using the old computer but it's going to the great computer heaven (wherever that is). It's running XP for god's sake, it's old.
  Can some one point me in the right direction please. I'm using Mozilla Firefox.

  I would try resetting the password ...Somehow its syncing an old password maybe from Firefox. Syncing sucks .

  Perhaps if you impart what message you may be receiving upon failure, the community shall be in a better position to help.

  If both computers are on, & the old one is logged in, ie. you never log out of your account, WGT servers recognize that, & will not let 2 computers on the same account.

  Close WGT completely, before signing on

  Thanks for your input pjctas0822.

  Apparently new computers don't come with a flash player, nor do they update with one. All I needed to do is look at the old computer's add-ons.
