  what good is money earned? how do you spend it, access it or use it?

  It's not the money earned that's any good, it's the equivalent credits added to your account that you can spend.

  $1 in earnings = 100 credits.

  The only use for credits is to purchase balls or equipment in the pro shop, you cannot cash them in. If you become incredibly good at the game 165,000 credits will get you a  $250 gift card.

  Do these credits automatically get added to your credits account, or is there a way of "cashing them in" and transferring them??

  They are used to buy clubs in the proshop. As for real money, if you earn enough credits you can trade them in for gift cards under the 'Elite' collection area.

  No. IMO the reason for this is to combat multi-account sandbagging and I agree with it.
