Underneath the very end of your meter, all the way to the left when you pull your swing back 100% and hold it there, there is a little box that says "S Pal". If it is grayed out, just click on it to green and it should be on for you.
Edit: Upon further review, from the activity you show yesterday on your profile page, it seems that you purchased the putter pal twice and no purchase of the shot pal. That would also explain why it is not there. You bought putter pal 100 hits and putter pal 500 hits, but no shot pal. PJ is right in his advice above though, join a good country club and both pals are free forever, along with the opportunity to make good friends to play the game with. Good luck!
