  I was thinking the exact same thing YJ........ At what wind speed should you start factoring in the wind and at what distance of the putt?

  It all depends on whether or not your playing partner is 'breaking wind' upwind or downwind.

  I break wind regularly and it never seems to affect my putts.  I still miss.
