    Hello WGT.

    Your site went down at approximately 3:15 EST while I was in the middle of a Match Play Challenge with PogoJoe.  Your site would not let me re connect and it said I did not return in time and I lost.

    There was nothing wrong with my connection on my end....it was your end.

    A refund to my account of 200 credits would be very much appreciated, as it was not the fault of my connection.

    sorry for the trouble, but the site did not go down at that time. I am not sure what the issue for you  was though.

    It was not an issue from me, and I wasn't the only person who was disconnected either....AT THE SAME TIME.  I talked to about 10 others that experienced the same disconnection...at the exact same time it happened to me.

    The screen froze solid...spinning awaiting for the connection.. lost chat...I had to reboot the browser........and it sat there and hung in suspense for at least 10 minutes.  It would not even let me sign back in.

    I have been an active member here for a long time.......never had this type of problem here before, other than random disconnects, but your service always lets me sign back in.

    So let me make this a bit clearer......IT WAS NOT ME........it was WGT.......if was not for the 200 crs, I really wouldn't give a rats........I just don't want the usual...."Im not sure what the issue for you was" BS......WGT had multiple problems over the weekend......A lot of disconnects......slow connections, etc.    

    I feel as though I have been cheated.......cheated by the creator........make this right, I am a die hard user of this site.......and believe me....the 200 crs won't break my bank....its the principle......

    the site did crash on numerous occassions around that time.i was in a mp game vs reb2 and the game booted him.1st it disconnected him and sent us bk 2 the lobby.when we teed off it came up unexpected error please try again later etc.then when we returned to the lobby for the 3rd time it booted my opponent whilst he still had 3 minutes on the clock.wgt many of us crashed at that time so pls dont tell us its our fault especially when the wgt unexpected error window pops up ty

    Oh Snap, Marcus!!. Marc is telling the truth, We are on a guild team and at this time we happened to be on Skype together. I was in a guild match (alternate shot) and Marc was playing his credit match and at some point we said "wtf is the site down?" both our guild match and Marc's match were not able to continue due to this "crash". The site seemed to have issues on that day I would say for around 2 hours. Just sayin Yo

    There was a lot of funny things happening in that time frame Saturday icon !

    Read my post on how come I didn't get credits for a survey around the same time and I still can't send a report to Trail Pay because it won't go through.....I tried to play a lot of game during that time period Saturday, and there was a lot of freeze ups....getting knocked out ect.

We experienced production database instability early this morning, but there is no record of server/database downtime in the previous week.  In some cases an outage between you and WGT can result in freezing or disconnections as the Flash client stops receiving data from our servers.
