       everytime I try to olay, Iamtold todownload adobe 10.3 Flash player. I have done this 1o times and still can'tget passed that scree. getting aggrawated.

    hi,

    After you downloaded it, did you install it? if not, you can try using chrome browser, which downloads/installs flash for you automatically.
