My apologies for not knowing the correct term for it, but the putter assistance block, the green mark that is essentially saying “We recommend you use this much power” (NOT Putter Pal), disappears when I play ranked rounds. It is always present when I play head-to-head matches or practice rounds, but in ranked, it is blank. Is this normal? Does is disappear at certain ranks/levels?

    Thanks for any help.

this is called the "putting power tip". It's only for use in practice games, but low level/tier players can use it in multiplayer rounds until, I think, amateur or pro.

    Thanks for reply.

It might be a higher level that it’s lost at during multi-player, as I am currently ranked at Tour Pro and still have it.

    Thanks again.

Maybe you should just get someone to putt for you.

It's called....learn how to putt.  Sorry, but it takes time to do that, it won't happen overnight.

    Ain't that the truth, garyk49.

In fairness, I started playing on the mobile version and just kept clicking on the giant "PLAY NOW" button. I just assumed it was all head-to-head format (because that's where it takes you). I recently started looking into the tiers and that's when I found the ranked play. And yes, I do need to learn how to putt, because after "learning" by relying on the power tip, I am an absolutely GARBAGE putter without it. All in due time I guess.
