Hello WGT golfers, Can anyone tell me ( a video would be perfect lol ) how to get a full screen on a MSI laptop ( model number GP62MVR 7TFX 880UK ) running Windows 10, I’ve tried maximising the page ( top right ) and also the little icon in the bottom right corner while these methods do increase the size, i obviously want a full screen edge to edge, I’m new to the laptop, PC scene and this version of the game and obviously I want the best experience possible, I’ve also tried F11 with and without FN and this makes no difference, any information would be much appreciated. HAPPY GOLFING 😀😀 Regards Mark

the flash player (game window) goes full screen using F11, or using the zoom in eg. chrome as the game window opens (not easy as the window often opens before you can get to settings/ zoom quick enough to hit full screen)

    - however for me at least - all it does is make the game window full screen, the actual playing part within the game window / screen is still 4:3 format with empty black areas to the left and right - ie. does not fill the screen.... If it did, the proportions would be wrong.

Positive is that it doesn't fill the sides up with adverts or annoying promotion videos & pictures - I've sometimes used a blanking template made from an old leather bag (lol)  on other things to blank out the side of screen junk (eg on some streams etc).

Noting that flashplayer is going to die in 2020+, maybe earlier, we will see if the game owners (took over the game in 2016 I think) do something to support flash player based pc/laptop usage still.

F11 gets me a full screen if I hit it while the game client is loading. If I wait until it's loaded, it doesn't work. In that case you can go to the browser settings and select full screen there. This is how Comodo Dragon (Chrome) does it........click the 4 cornered box.

Like Jim, sometimes F11 does nothing to the game client, in which case I just click in the address bar, then it'll work for me.

F11 will not get rid of the black bars either side of the game screen, it'll only remove the browser title bar, address bar, status bar etc.

As stated previously, the game screen for desktop/laptop is about a 3:2 aspect ratio and not widescreen. You might be able to stretch it out using your graphics card settings, but you'll either distort the image if you try to stretch the game to fit the screen, or lose some of the picture at the top and bottom if you try to enlarge the game to fill the screen width.

Exactly. My full screen has -top to bottom on the sides- about a 1/2" black border and has always been that way. I monkeyed with the display settings and resolution a long time ago to no avail. Still way better than the WGT version of full screen.  :-)
