Do the pin placements on the greens at the various courses ever change or do they remain static?

We were told years ago that the photographs required for a 2nd set of pins were available for several courses, but they (WGT) have never bothered, for as they have repeated shown over the years they don't give a skinny gnats rectal passage about anything that doesn't either generate revenue or create a downturn in revenue.
Quite a few courses do have two pin sets - STA, KIA, BPB, MER, (OAK) come into mind.
For the other courses, I agree to the statement above.
