As I graciously asked by invitation to join my friends list, the player instead, came to my blog area, explained how he chose not to use the items offered in the game, and went on to say how it was wrong to do so.I, in turn went to his blog area that was overfilled with no room to return a reply, that his choice to play that way, did not make it wrong for others to play using the scales offered. It is not cheating. Putter Pal, Shot Pal are there to offer players a way of hitting with power they choose to hit with...or not to hit with. I hope that because you decide to not use these items, you should not begrudge those that do. If it was cheating, it would not be allowed to be a part of the game.

They are just tools to help you figure out your shots or putts.  I don't consider that cheating either.
