Tried multiple times today to publish a tournament for my country club, using Wolf Creek for stroke play.  No luck...go through setting everything up, tap create and nothing.  Anyone else having this problem?

Speaking of country clubs...anyone looking for a new home?  Interested in the building process and not just being one of the many; lost, unnoticed and forgotten in an already established club?  Or an established club that has def seen it's better days?

We are young, just a hair older than 3 months.  Our philosophy is "free will".  Play, contribute and participate because you want to and you understand that is where the fun of a CC is.  And that is what our core does.  We are active in all respects...from keeping our consec day streaks alive and club tourneys to clashes and turfs.  Our clubhouse, i.e. the chat room, is full of yappers and if you're looking for a "friendly" there's many that will oblige you.

While we're a young club, not chalk full of champions and legends, we do very well in club vs club competition.  Our record in turf wars is 22 and 5 and we hold our own in clashes.  If we got a few more 8s and 9s and a few less 18s and 19s we'd be better...but that's WGT and the mysteries of their matching system.  Think it involves dice or maybe that spinning wheel you spin every day.

We are looking for all levels and tiers of players with one thing in common.  Does not matter if you're a beginner, an amateur, TM or God's gift to the game champion.  Doesn't matter if your average score is 50 or 90...65 or 75.  What matters most is your enthusiasm for the game, enthusiasm for participating and contributing because you want to and not because you have to.  Levels and tiers and average scores will get there as a result.

So...if you're looking for a young club that believes in "free will"; that understands members are not employees or subordinates.  Where members are thanked and appreciated for their participation and contribution and are not hassled and threatened to do what they already want to do...then come hang with us emperor barbarian penguins. :)

My club is BRING ME YOUR BARBARIC MASSES.  Our doors are open, don't need to wait for an invite or screening...just walk on in!

    Jill
