What I have learned is when you complete an offer, it will tell you thanks , or something to that nature that shows you completed it. YOU HAVE TO RIGHT CLICK AND COPY DO NOT JUST PRINT SCREEN IT WON'T WORK
What I do is right click and copy the Thank you message, If I don't receive the credits or an email of confirmation, I paste the Thank you message I highlighted and email that to support as prof
