  I am not the smartest but I do know how to send e-mails.

  I have sent out e-mails to my members but I or any of them get them.

  Is there a trick to sending them for that they will be received?

  The CC members have to have the proper options set.  On PC, go to your "Account" (button below name, tier, credits, etc. on left side), then to "Contact Info" tab, and then set the appropriate options for the CC emails (from CC and from CC owner).  Those always default to off.  Click them on.

  Don't know how it is done on mobile - can't find it!
