It's simple, WGT has stated not to expect the same results every time given any circumstance, VEM is a constant ant according to WGT, is meant to keep the game "fun". Nothing is ever constant in real life, so why should it be in WGT golf?. Just have fun, try to figure it out and go with it, because tomorrow it will be an entirely different set of circumstances.....lmao

    Hey Don,

I ended several games due to frustration with the wind conditions.  I am not used to playing in gail force winds real or imagined. Yiipppppes. The only time I witnessed excessive winds at Pebble was that raw day back in 1972 when Niclaus, in his prime, hit a 1 iron into strong winds  at the par 3 and hit the flag. Now that was amazing!

If you check with the national weather service for this region, mid-Atlantic, when winds reach above 20 mph they issue a high wind warning with a “be on the look out” for downed power lines and tree limbs.

Been playing all afternoon in undefinable winds. Kiawah, par 3, 219 yds, 2 - 4 mph headwind, no elevation. Hit 4 iron, full back spin, maximum rated distance 214 yds. Ball travels 225 yds. Opponent hits 3 wood from forward tee and the ball travels only 180 yds. Difficult to plan a shot.

    fireman33:

I have noticed some strange changes after the creation of Wolf Creek. I have had balls go into the wind and far as they were to go with it. Don't trust the dots on the green either

You would not believe the notes I got already. I'm going to have to add another line.
