    i did not get the free christmas ball or the free new year ball

    Neither was a ball but a ball effect - see the News.

    on 12/26/2020 i purchased a beer effect ball, i was charged for it but it doesnt show up in my inventory. whats the problem

    On your profile it shows you bought beer effects , not balls. So you should find them next to your ball when you are playing. If you tap the blue circle with the black wand , next to your ball , it will come up with all or any of the ball effects that you can add to any ball.
