  Now he's the owner of another CC, not a new one (L13) he seems to have been given ownership ;-)

  Did you know that owning a bunch of country clubs in the game can actually cause your account to no longer be able to open a country club or be transferred ownership of one? That's certainly not by design, but it certainly happens. Please don't break your account...
