    Hello,

I have been playing for a few years, on and off as i have time.....recently i have written emails to WGT letting them know that there were a few days that i did not get my multiday bonus points and have not heard back from them, is this common?

Also, this is not the first time but the first time that it was worth complaining about.  Today i leveled up and tried to claim a free rental for a driver, i received a -200 error, and was not able to get the free rental?  DOes this happen to anyone else or does anyone know how to get these things fixed?

I don't have the time ore cash flow to buy credits or buy equipment to make myself hit farther or better, so i rely on getting these free rentals to have fun for a few rounds or at least just one round.

    Can anyone help me?

    Thanks

As far as CDP (Consecutive Days Played) bonus, you have to be sure you have played each day within the time frame WGT calls a "day".  Currently, their day starts at 4:00.00 pm Pacific time and ends 24 hours later.

If you have done that, you should continue the bonus.  However, If you start a game at 3:59 pm PST one day and don't play the next game until 4:01 pm the next day, you would not get it.

Are you using the contact link to Customer Support for these problems?  They have always responded to me when I use that and send the form.

I would submit two forms - one for each problem - so they can respond to them individually.  Briefly explain the problem and give exact times (or as close as possible) when these happened.

You usually get a canned response first, maybe saying they are looking into it but I have always gotten a response from a real person next and they have been helpful.

    Hope they can help you.

pgapro11: Question; What is your current consecutive days played number according to WGT? It appears that it should be 22. If WGT did not set you back to zero recently, then you got the experience points.  The only way to truly monitor those points is to record your total on a daily basis. By letting your cursor hover on the level bar at the top left of your profile you will see an exact total of your points and the points needed to get to the next level.

If WGT reset you to zero CDP in the last 3 weeks then that is the true issue. The experience points accrue whether you get the information at the end of a round or not.

    +1 HackWilson!

    In addition, concerning

    How did you experience this?

Concerning the free rental, there have been reports about rental troubles lately, but obviously no fix available from the users in the forums.

And, when WGT doesn't react, there's nothing we can do.

Why don't you download the app to your phone and watch some 2-credit videos? You can easily do that while you're doing other things, which means there's no time commitment.

Typically, most people can get a couple of hundred credits per day. After a few weeks, you'd be able to purchase some nice equipment.
