  I have an ipad and cannot get the hearbeart work.  I go under settings and vibration but it won't toggle between off and on.  It's in the off position permanently.  Everything else will toggle however so not sure why vibration won't.  Is there a setting I'm missing?

  Some devices, usually older models, will have this option permanently set to off to help the game run as smoothly as possible.
