  We had a member that was locked out, not disabled,  he thought that he was disabled though.   After contacting wgt, it was determined that he had changed his email, but not with wgt,  once that was straightened out, they gave him a new password, and he was in, again.  if you are playing from a Facebook account also, you  at be locked out, just a couple of honest reasons for this to happen.    good luck

  Question: I almost exclusively play on my iPhone daily...however I recently deleted the app by accident off my iPhone and when I reloaded the WGT App I had forgotten my password...I requested a reset password link which in order to input a new password I had to do it on the browser WGT version...once I successfully changed the password online I then went back to the app and attempted to input the new password however when I do that it takes the password but it doesn't take me to the home page it simply just freezes almost as if something is blocking me from actually signing in. I can successfully login into WGT via a browser but not through the app on my iPhone...I really don't know what Im doing wrong anyone?

  Can you clear the cache for the WGT app?
