WGT won't officially tell... But after reading the forums for a while the figures for Pro and above are:

Pro > Tour Pro: 70/72 (not sure) average and plenty of ranked rounds.

Tour Pro > Master: 67 average and 20 ranked rounds as a Tour Pro.

Master > Tour Master: 63 average and lots of ranked rounds.

Tour Master > Legend: 61 average and 100 ranked rounds at Tour Master.

I think you need to add the following:

Hack > Amateur: 80 average and (???) of ranked rounds.

Amateur > Pro:  76 average and (???) of ranked rounds.

Pro > Tour Pro: 72 average and (???) of ranked rounds.

I've been told that Legend requires 300 total ranked rounds (not all of them at tour master level) and 61 average.

Don't know why WGT won't confirm this officially.
