Videos on S20 phone

    Haven't played in a while and on my S20 phone wanted to watch videos to gain credits. Entered my player name and password and when it started I have a new player name Topflite73 not Topflite7. Is there away to correct this? I'm level 84 not a hack.

    Try signing in with your original name and password. I'm not sure if lettercase is important, but it might make a difference here with TopFlite7 and Topflite73. Of course you will have to log out of Topflite73 first.

    You can delete the unwanted account afterwards.

    In the app...   Settings > Account > Delete account

    I did sign into my account and still can't watch videos.

    And I did delete the other account.

    Yes it is and I also cleaned the cache off of app on phone.

    Nothing. There are no videos to watch when that screen pops up.

    I tap survey and get a paperchase to possibly take one also.

    Could you try using a VPN, might have something to do with your location but I really have no idea.

    Never had to use VPN before with my other android phone.

    Just noticed a pop up when I tap video.

    "Video provider error."

    Please restart the app to resume watching rewards videos.

    I guess that means restart app on phone?

    Could work, try both app and phone.
