the points you are receiving are going towards your level balance. each level is achieved after so many point. if you look at the top left of your info you will see your ranking-avg credits, then below that is your level. each level requires a certain amount of points and that where the points you are seeing is going. if you scroll across where it says level it will show your current points and the total you will need to reach the next level. hope this helped. may your drives be long and straight and have fun playing.
