OK looks like we'd best forget it then and just keep losing credits to wgt, I'm sure wgt realise that all this money they are making is not rightfully theirs and are probably giving it to a charity somewhere.
Not saying it's right, but just stating that because they are still in Beta, it is a play at your own risk. They make no warranties. So if you were to start a class action suit against them, they have it all in writing that they are not responsible for any lost credits due to game play or error messages. But I have never had a problem getting them to answer any questions I had and when I complained to them by email about something, I have always been reimbursed what I lost.
