    Hi guys,

     On the 17th August while playing St A I got the message that this is the last ball buy now warning and proceeded to do so, but then was told that there was a problem and I would have to buy balls from the Pro shop. I bought 6 sleeves of Callaway ix so as not to have a problem for a while. My credit card account told me that I was charged for the 3 balls that I didn't receive, could you have a look and fix it please, many thanks in advance.

    Just an update, I e-mailed the address and the problem was fixed immediately and I received an extra sleeve of balls for my troubles. Thank you again.
